Refund policy

  • Return period:  30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Refund time:  Within 14 days after returning item.
  • Return Shipping Costs:  Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or personal care items, may not be eligible for refunds. Please check the product page for specific return and refund eligibility.

2. Process for Refund

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at contact@splashxworld.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

3. Refund Costs

  • The customer is responsible for covering 100% of the shipping costs associated with returning the item. This includes both the initial shipping cost and the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • If the item was purchased with free shipping, a standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the initial shipping cost.

5. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item, the same rules apply. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning the item and shipping the new item.

6. Exceptions

  • Items purchased during a sale or clearance may be final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please review the sale terms at the time of purchase.

Return conditions:

  • All items must be returned in original saleable condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned with their original packaging.
  • All items must be returned in one package.

Return Policy on Delivery Day:

Our return policy is based on the day of delivery, not the day of purchase. This gives you ample time to inspect your purchase. The return period begins on the day the item is delivered to your specified address.‏‏‎ ‎

Under what circumstances do we offer a return:

- Cancelling an order:  If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service within 2 hours at contact@splashxworld.com.

- Damaged on Arrival:  Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Please describe the damage and attach photos if possible. We will promptly arrange a return, replacement or refund for free, depending on your preference.

- Change of mind:  If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the item within 30 days from the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service to start the return process. 

-Received wrong product:  If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a return, replacement or refund quickly and free of charge, depending on your preference.

- Contact Us:  Please contact our customer service at contact@splashxworld.com and include your order number and details of the reason for the return.   

- Return Authorization:  Our team will review your request and issue you a return authorization. You will be responsible for the return label and shipping costs unless it is a defective or incorrectly received item. 

- Packaging and Shipping:  Make sure the item is in its original condition, including tags and packaging. Follow the instructions provided for packaging and shipping the return to the address listed on the return authorization.

-Required Documents:  Please include a copy of the return authorization with the returned item. If necessary, please attach photos to support damage or defects.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days. The refund method will be the same as your original payment.‏‏‎ ‎‏‏‎ ‎
